Hardcover, small quarto bound in dark blue cloth and lettered in gold on spine. 491 pages. Publishing history unknown. Our research shows that this title was published in softcover in 1990, and as a hardcover. The present copy is hardcover, but apparently privately reprinted from the paperback edition. Print quality is fair [type light in places] and there is a private book-plate printed on the last blank page. Dust-jacket consists of front, rear and spine of paperback edition pasted to white paper backing and housed inside protective mylar covers, actually quite sell done. Book is in very good or better condition, and cover art on dust-jacket blown up publisher’s art from the paper-back edition. Book privately produced in a quality sewn binding. Very good hardcover copy. A unique copy. Scans on request.
