Description

Hardcover, green cloth spine over patterned paper covered boards, in publisher’s slipcase. 852 pages. Introduction by Christopher Hibbert. Illustrated with drawings by Charles Keeping. First Folio Society edition thus. An odd shaped stamp on bottom edge of bulked pages (remainder mark?) and previous owner’s book-plate on half-title page. Else a clean, tight, fresh and unmarked copy in a solid, clean slipcase. Very good in a near fine slipcase.
