The Bristol M.1 was a single-seat tractor monoplane designed by Frank Barnwell, chief designer of the Bristol Aeroplane Company. Though it was faster than any extant monoplane, allied or enemy, institutional bias at the War Office delayed its production and finally sent the few machines that were produced to the Middle east. An excellent resource for the scale-modeler and airplane enthusiast. Small previous owner’s address label affixed to front cover just below art work.. A clean, fresh, otherwise unmarked copy with sharp corners and no creases. Near fine.
