Font cover after a painting by Brian Knight. First edition thus. The Vimy was a British heavy bomber developed and manufactured by Vickers Limited. Only a small number entered into service before the end of the war and none served in combat service, however the Vimy became the core of the RAF’s heavy bomber force in the post war years through the 1920’s. No previous ownership marks. A clean, fresh, unmarked copy, like new.
