Hardcover, original blind-stamped publisher’s green cloth. 421 pages. Appendix, Index. First edition. Previous owner’s stamp on bottom of title-page and again inside rear cover. Wide margins, with sporadic light double pencil rules used as high-lighting, text clean. Cloth covers are worn with splits to cloth at upper (tape repaired) and lower spine. Hinges are tight and sound, interior text clean. Several pages roughly opened along top edge at binder. Overall a tight sound copy of this title in worn period binding. Good.
