Complete five volume set in dust-jackets. 1950-1959. Ex-library. Vols. I, II third printings; Vols. III, IV. V first printings. All voulmes in dust-jackets, last three price-clipped. Top and bottom edges of volumes I,III, IV and V stained black, all edges of volume II stained blue. Extra illustrated by previous owner who has affixed numerous color plates and captions to prelims and half-title pages. Cloth shows wear on vols. I and II at lower spines, all 5 vols. protected by reinforced mylar covers, some of which are affixed to inside boards. A clean, square, internally unmarked set, but for inclusion of art-work, with resulting show-through of mounting glue on some pages. A good+ set in very good dust-jackets.
