Hardcover, small quatro volume in decorative biege cloth, stamped in red, blac and gold. 447pp., Illustrated with drawings and engravings. First edition. Cloth darkened on backstrip and showing moderate age wear. Inner hinges show old clear tape repair, now brittle with age. Slight toning to margins of book block, but overall a clean, unmarked copy in not unattractive decorative covers. Now protected by clear mylar wraps into which has been inserted a color wrap-around illustration with title of book printed in black on spine. No previous ownership marks. A good copy of a scarce title, in well executed jacket. Scans sent on request. .
