A collection of over 65 tales purporting moral and political wisdom in a satirical vein similar to Dryden and Swift. No previous ownership marks. A clean, square, internally unmarked copy, several very light and incidental marks to boards. Issued without dust-jacket but lacks publisher’s slipcase. Very good+.
