Fold-out map as frontispiece, complete with india paper over-lay providing locations of sites of interest. First edition. A tour book, provided to passengers on the liner Paris, 12 July, 1936. Ads at rear printed on stock that has tanned more so than the rest of book Overlay at front shows small tears at gutter where staple protrude. No previous ownership marks. A square, clean, unmarked copy with only incidental curl to fore-edge corners. A very good copy of an ephemeral item, not meant to survive the brief holiday sojourn in France, certainly not the subsequent century.
