A privately printed copy in dark blue buckram sewn binding with gold lettered spine. 374pp., Ersatz dust-jacket produced by mounting blown-up color reproductions of the covers from the Time Warner Paperback edition inside mylar covers. Mylar pasted to inside of front and rear boards. A very clean, square, and unmarked unique copy. Booik is fine but for wrappers being affixed to inside covers. Ersatz jacket is attractive and well executed. Near fine in attractive jacket.
