A slim volume in black paper covered boards with paper spine label. Limited to 150 copies. Signed presentation copy by author, dated April, 1929. Two front blank prelims stained at top edge and several unobtrusive nicks to paper at spine joints. Printed paper spine label slightly chipped, not affecting lettering. An extremely scarce utopian novel, in the vein of William Morris’s “News From Nowhere.” Very good or better copy.
