Heavily foxed, especially all three plates. Mild old dampstain to lower gutter, just reaching into text at inside margins. Cloth back-strip lacking. A good example of mid nineteenth century travel literature featuring the Holy Land. Includes brief additional notes on travels through France, Rome, Naples, Constantinople and the Danube. Covers are rough byt tight, interior foxed bu readable. Fair.
