This special limited edition facsimile was prepared from the first edition of 1722 courtesy of the Harvey Cushing/John Hay Whitney Medical Library at Yale University. First edition thus of a limited edition, this being number 921, with original subscriber’s personalized book-plate, bearing limitation number, affixed to blank verso of front free end-paper.
