No publishers date but circa 1960’s. Illustrated with eight bold full-color photographic plates. Small label from a Campbell product taped inside reaqr cover, containing two recipes, one for basic cream siuce, the other for hollandaise sauce. A clean, square, unmarked copy with no previous ownership marks. Very good.
