A privately printed copy in dark blue buckram sewn binding with gold lettered spine. 312pp., Ersatz dust-jacket produced by mounting blown-up color reproductions of the covers from the Time Warner Paperbacks edition inside Brodart mylar covers. Mylar pasted toi inside of front and rear boards. Owners book plate reproduced on last page, A very clean, square, and unmarked unique copy. Booik is fine but for wrappers being affixed to inside covers. Ersatz jacket is attractive and well executed. Near fine.
