Original Cloth. Two volumes edited, prefaced, and annotated by Richard H. Shepard and bound in original blue cloth with gold lettering on spines. L ight rubbing to tips. Pale yellow endpapers. Occassional incidental age spotting throughout. A very fine set of the the first unsurpressed collected edition, preceded by the 1882 edition which was withdrawn over copyright problems with “No Thoroughfare.” Podeschi lists only the 1882 edition {D96}.
