Original soft-bound pamphlet, rebound in old board covers. No. 20-271. 342pp., Appenices, Index. Illustrated with photographs and 23 maps [9 of which are fold-out]. First edition. Pamphlet has been re-bound in old book covers of the same size, the whole protected by ersatz mylar dust-jacket into which photographs have been inserted to creat front and rear covers. Title on dust-jacket printed in black on spine. Original linen covers extant, pamphlet glued into boards only at spine. Overall a very good copy. No previous ownership marks. Not ex-library. No marking to covers, text or illustrations. All fold-out maps present and in fine condition. New York Times obit for General von Falfenhorst, who cammaded German forces invading Norway, laid-in. Scans sent on request.
