Illustrated with numerous back and white photographs by Samuel Chamberlain. First edition thus. Book shows very mild dulling to spine and small abrasion to middle of front board, else very good. Slipcase shows scratches and is rubbed at extremities but is solid. Very good in a good slipcase.
