Large format hardcover, folio bound in purple patterned cloth and publisher’s dust-jacket. 140 pages. With a foreword and an introduction by the author. Illustrated with 93 images including 20 tipped in full color plates, printed at the Chiswick Press, London. A visual survey of the 200 year reign of the color print in Japan, from the seventeenth to the nineteenth centuries. No previous ownership marks. Some wear to cloth at head of light foxing to first several pages at upper blank margin and edge-wear to dust-jacket along top edge. Interior and all plates clean and unmarked. Very good in a near very good dust-jacket. A large book, Priority and International order will require additional postage, calculated as close to actual cost as possible.
