Originally published in 1886, this reprint is dated 1972 and contains a new introduction by Arthur J. Burks and a preface by Eon. Full title as follows: “Voices from Many Hill Tops, Echoes from Many Valleys, or the Experiences of Spirits in Earth Life and Spirit Spheres in Ages Past….and Their Many Incarnations in Earth Life and on Other Worlds Given Through the Sun Angels’ Order of Light.” Occult nineteenth century “spirit travel” yarn which includes sojourns to other planets, reincarnation and even a visit to Atlantis and an account of its destruction. Included in several noted bibliographies including Locke, A Spectrum of Fantasy and Sargent, British and American Utopian Literature, 1516-1985. No previous ownership marks. Several mild finger marks to cover of Book I, else an as new set. Books are clean, square, fresh and unmarked. Slipcase shows light toning, else clean and intact with no tears or bumps. . A fine set in a very good slipcase.
